The Guidelines of the contest are as follows:

Eligibility:
Open to college students aged 18-29.
Participants must be currently enrolled in the college/University.

Topic:
“What does Sustainability mean to you?”

Submission Guidelines:
The Essay must be your original work, ranging from 700 to 1500 words.
The Essay must be sent as an attachment file in a pdf.
It must also contain the references used by the participant to avoid plagiarism.
All essays must be submitted by mail to post@iyfs.in by 25th October 2023, 5:00 pm, with the subject line, “Essay – Sustainability in Action.”

What is in it for the Students:
1) E- Participation Certificate
2) All the participating students in Visakhapatnam will get to visit the Material Recovery Facility and learn about Waste.

3) The top three entries will not only receive recognition for their exceptional work but also gain a unique opportunity to intern with India Youth for Society in the following areas:
a) Waste Management
b) Environment
c) Plastic Reduction Initiatives
